We11, cu11ees are tro11s that are deemed unf1t to take care of themse1ves, or vo1untar11y become cu11ees. Those that aren't p1cked up by 1us11, or have some sort of 11fe a1ter1ng cond1t1on, or can't afford 11v1ng expenses ETC.

The cu11ers are the tro11s (usua11y higherb1ooded than the cu11ees) that are "ass1gned" to take care of the cu11ees. Th1s can be anyth1ng from essent1a11y funct1on1ng as a 1usus, to just g1v1ng the cu11ee extra assets or money to make the1r 11fe eas1er (my ancestor does th1s). 1n any case the cu11er shou1d be he1p1ng the1r cu11ee(s) 11ve an eas1er 11fe. 1f they abuse the1r pos1t1on the1r cu11ee can be taken away by CPS and they can get taken to court and whatnot.
