I come expressing some very fun news!!
As we all know, Undertale is a very very famous and groundbreaking game. We’re all aware of it’s AUs as well.
I want to talk about UnderLust in particular. I understand it’s controversy and infamy. It’s horribly written, fetishized, and made by a rather shitty person. Even so, it’s an AU I have held dear to my heart for years. It was the first one I’d ever seen. It means something special to me, in a folder on my heart along with PJ’s Daycare.
I am on a journey to make UnderLust what it could have been. Something actually decently written. Something grotesquely real and yet fun and understandable all at the same time. I’m rewriting the entire thing, from scratch, with the help of a few friends of mine. New lore, new designs, a new story, that still touches heavy topics, but gracefully, without any fetishization or romanticism to everything. There’s a discord server for it, which I will link below.
I want this to be a redemption to an AU that honestly could have been great.
