FINALLY GOT THE NEW BANNER DONE OMG. Krita I love you but I need to figure out how to use you more intuitively, I was dying inside.

3 DAYS(???).

THAT'S THE MOST DAYS IT HAS TAKEN FOR ME TO COMPLETELY RENDER A DRAWING HELP????

I'm redoing @determined-n-just-au 's banner since I decided I wanted to try rendering something in Krita for the first time

I'm still a noob lol, the interface is still very much confusing but I'm sort of getting the hang of it

Lore Notes:

Resonate allows Frisk to link magic with another person nearby, giving him a boost in energy and gives them a decent shield

Irradiate causes disruption in magic flow, Frisk is unable to use it for longer than a minute though

He sticks around Clover a lot, mostly out of anxiety regarding nearly losing him — he's learning to trust that he'll be safe even when he isn't around

Yes, he and Sans gossip to hell and back

He and Papyrus make puzzles in their spare time

The clover pin is very special to him

Sometimes steals Sans' cloak because it's very soft and comfy to sleep with

Lore Notes:

Being a glitch/outcode has led to them finding a way into the Multiverse without the restriction of being a key player in the story of their AU

Their ability doesn't really work in their own AU — specifically because the moment they return to their AU they get confined to the Corrupted FILE 1 save immediately

Their hair is alive in a sense and often the source of most of their magic based ATKs oddly enough

Their soul is empty, not full of hate

While they may attack other Sanses if they wish to, they will not harm anyone from their own AU — they were a by-product of a desperate attempt to save someone so they naturally feel compelled to protect the people of the AU this happened in

The flower on them is supposed to represent Flowey in a way — they are from the Neutral route after all

Would absolutely throw hands with Nightmare if it came to it

Dislikes Core!Frisk but won't try and harm the Omega Timeline or enter it in any capacity

The parallel between Sans & Papyrus and Frisk & Clover having Blue & Green in their designs respectively was unintentional but I like it lol

K3sm0 and Frisk can actually be friends! It's just gonna be rlly complicated trying to become friends with what is essentially a horrifically morphed almost beyond recognition version of himself,,,,

Overkill is basically a spell that makes his ATK 999x more powerful for a single turn — it costs 30 HP though, which is why he is banned from using it unless absolutely necessary

Hates school but is pretty good academically

The upgraded toy gun was a gift from Alphys

He can't use SAVEs the same way Frisk can, BUT he is the one who can actually RESET. Frisk can only LOAD and SAVE.

The new hat he is currently wearing has Martlet's feather and Ceroba's ribbon

Has won Airsoft Shooting Championships, has a bunch of medals

The white hearts on the jacket was sewn on by Sans!

His Powered Move grants him immunity to illusions which might be odd, but hey, it's strong under the right circumstance

He's pretty good at mechanics, he and sans discuss it a lot

He works in the only mechanics shop in the town

The mechanics shop is also connected to a new smaller lab for Alphys so they hang out a lot

Also I finally figured out how to draw his head lmao

Idk why but it's funny that I decided to show Papyrus being a badass while sans got beat up in his ref XD

Should mention this: The 'Moveset' section is technically named wrong — those are ACTions. In case anyone got confused about the odd wording

Lore Notes:

The invulnerability move can be applied multiple times in a fight, only problem is it only lasts for a few seconds — think of it like the TP hitbox from deltarune

He's a bit of a gossip but keeps shut...usually

His invulnerability move and DEF being high combined help to make sure his ass doesn't die in a fight

That powered move is interesting — Powered Moves, specific to Monsterkind now, are moves where they can call upon a specific soul from the 6 humans that died in the underground

I say 'died' because a good majority of them died to the environment rather than monsters themselves

The souls still linger on, though they are cracked and even more fragile than they used to be

Humankind has taken a morbid interest in the souls and uses them to research their own magic further to reclaim what they forgot

The souls are contained within a large lab that's run by both Monsters and Humans

Sans/Jay can call upon Patience, granting him extra ACTions

The souls in the lab show incredible resonance when they are called upon for aid

The call can transcend their world btw

His inventory is large because of the bag(which somehow connects to Box) but he prefers to not clutter it so he only really carries those 3 items on him

He added suture materials in the medkit. Hey now, those are useful

I absolutely love how I did his shoes, LOOK AT THOSE. THOSE ARE THE MOST PERFECT SHOES I'VE EVER DRAWN

That coloured doodle in the second panel is DEFINITELY a FILE 3 scenario lol
