I was talking to a friend about ARTPOP last night and we were thinking that because having Zedd, Madeon, Fernando, RedOne, and DJWS all on one album seems like way too much for one album, Gaga could be pulling a Robyn by releasing several smaller albums over the course of 2013.

Then we started talking about all of the small details Gaga’s been dropping in tweets and on LM.com, like ARTPOP being a “project” (like the Body Talk trilogy) as opposed to an album, to the APP, which she said she would “exclusively release music through”, to saying that she has “albums + albums of music” she can’t play for us.

It makes sense, because there are supposedly three or four collaborations with Zedd “producing a bunch of songs”, meaning there wouldn’t be much room left for the other FOUR producers, so what better way to fit everything in than to release more than one ARTPOP album? 

All of this could explain why ARTPOP isn’t coming until next year and why Gaga keeps promising that the wait “will be worth it”. If she does this, it would mean that 2013 will be nothing but Gaga after Gaga after Gaga after Gaga. ಥ_ಥ
