social media is... and can be, probably one of the most depressing places imaginable. it's easy to doomscroll, or get angry at things and flare up.
honestly, it's unhealthy to do both. that's how they hook you - you keep reading, you get angrier, you keep reading deeper, you get irrationally angrier or depressed and just absolutely fed up. soon you're just adding more fuel to the fire and nothing gets resolved, it keeps going, and it's just... bad. sometimes it's best to just... log off. tune out. hang out with those closest to you and stay safe. comfort those you love and don't let social media just mess with you. hop on a VC with any late night folk y'got around or play some chill games; i recommend adventure games like King's Quest.
muting, blocking, disengagement - it does wonders so you're not constantly thinking the worst. happens to me, people i know, all the time. staying around longer starts to mess with you and soon you just become completely out of sorts, out of character. just know you've got support. people who love you and will care for you and lend out their arm. there will always be someone to be there for you. stay safe out there. if i gotta share my piece of advice, one thing i do is before i bed i just let my PS4 run old shows i used to watch. VHS RIPs some old cartoons or PBS stuff in the 90's, things like that - distractions help one sleep. it'll be difficult but it does help make things easier.
I can't share two videos, but as a Trekkie, I can't help but think Kira and Worf are the best sneezers in the entire franchise, lmao. Ari x M'Ress and you got yourself a sneezefic, lmao.

The moment from Biker Mice from Mars that kinda inspired me to give my webcomic character (also named Vinnie) his sneezes, haha. A sneezy mouse who thwarts the cat every time will always get to me. <3
Sometimes I feel like I should've made my character Patrick a rat instead of a mouse. I kinda sorta did, for an X-Men themed DnD that didn't get off the ground sadly. But the general idea was that he was rat/human mutant who naturally lived in the sewers. Instead of the Victorian era he instead was in the 1980's-era of M/a/r/v/e/l comics and timelines, so he'd be swapping out his usual jacket for a leather one with punk rock band pins and the like.
I also kinda wanted to imagine him in the D/i/s/n/e/y R/o/b/i/n H/o/o/d universe who was always in love for M/a/i/d M/a/r/i/a/n despite their obvious size difference. A rogue who was as good as R/o/b/i/n was with his arrows, just smaller, of course. The lovely vixen always thought he was cute, though she loved teasing and humoring him more so. Leaving certain kinds of flowers nearby that his little nose did not enjoy, for example, always meant that he'd be coming by to deliver news, goods, or both, and that included shrill but enjoyably misty, harsh sneezing fits. Oh, how she loved to see the flower pedals go poof and his sneeze nearly making him jump. A rogue with a terrible affinity and affliction of certain pollen and scented flowers? Oh, dear, the poor thing... :03 --- Patrick belongs to me ---

One of the reasons why I still find cartoon sneezes great (don't get me wrong, I listen to IRL stuff too on the side) is just you picked up on the little animated details on a lot of these. The spout twitching like his nose always drove me wild on the inside, and the little detail on the bottom acting as the worried 'mouth' as he builds up is fantastic. I would've just had the whole thing inflate before exploding, and air rushing out of the spout, but alas, lol. I don't recommend the cartoon itself, it's pretty bad.

i saw a post of someone getting mad 'cause they just responded with "ayy nice" on their snez recording "am i joke to you? i sniffed up all this pepper and all you tell me is 'lol'?? how dare you!" like i'm sorry but, lol... there's a snezario for you all now. the sneezer does fits, cartoonish, loud, quiet, stifles, etc. and the other person/partner just gives a simple, "not bad m8" lol this is a kink/fet community. you're either gonna get good comments (welcomed), bad comments (which you can remove/block), profound commentary, or just a simple thumbs up. just take the good, remove the bad, and move on.
