OHHH BLOOFTOOF MY BELOVED BOY Look at his sweet face ;^; I adore the little light coloured markings around his eyes I got this guy last year off facebook marketplace for only $15 from this sweet old lady! I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS MAN BEFORE!!!!!! His tag says that his brand is Bestever, but after trying to look online I couldn't find him anywhere! I wonder if anyone else has any info on this guy or has seen this guy before :0? He has to be an older plush for sure ♡ His fur is super short but also really soft!

He has this super interesting mouth design where he has this strip of fabric actually sewn into his design instead of being applique or something similar. I haven't seen many plush make mouths like this! It makes so some pretty funny expressions from some angles X3

Another notable thing about this plush is that he has wire in his legs!! Both in his front and hind legs so he can be put into poses!

★ Pathfinder ★ (he/him) Charlie Bears 2024

This boy is so freaking adorable ;^; When Pathfinder got announced i was SOO SO full of joy, I had been wanting Charlie Bears to make a thyla for a good couple years and they didn't disappoint!! I love the texture of his fur and his stipes are so nice!! HE HAS SUCH KIND EYES!!!

I was surprised when i got him and found out that HE HAS A POUCH!!!! Such a good shock! im glad they added it! I'm not sure of any other branded thylas that have pouches that I can think off the top of my head! Booty and pouch pics ehehe

My personal "freak" to match with my friends'. I made each of my friends a small beanie plush using the beanie baby cat pattern by Chambly as a base and editing them, ik the tail is sewn into the wrong place. You can find Flea and Freak on my friends' accounts! Fux is yet to be posted by their owner.

★ Indigo ★ (She/He) Plush By Wildberryplush

Indigo is such a beautiful plush, I'm very happy with their quality! I backed Wildberryplush's kickstarter back in April 2025 and I'm so glad they got funded! As of posting they still have a few for sale on their website here!! I love their polite little smile and their fur quality is so soft. They have beans in their paws that make them have heavy paws which i also enjoy a lot!

I'm a big fan of the purple and black booty tag they have and the art on the swing tag is very cute! Overall they're an amazing plush!

Made from the pattern of the Woodland Fox, the soles and nose where also taken from them. I don't imagine BABW will ever make a marten so I took it upon myself.

Freak is a handmade plush gifted to me for my birthday in june 2024! They're my little thyla to take on adventures with my creatures and their freaks! Freak has heaps of clothing and accessories, His kandi was also made by piine! Piine's logo is embroidered on their foot. I love him so so much, so shaped and full of beans <3 Forever thankful piine made them for me ( ⸝⸝´꒳`⸝⸝) <3

Thylacines I've made over the years in chronological order... Improvement is gradual and I still think there's a bunch I can get better at, but I'm very pleased in the direction I'm heading. It's amazing what having a special interest can do to a person.

Ok yes! Joeys!

I've shared this joey before who now resides in Artem's pouch. That one was made without any pattern and had some fiddly details, but I wanted to figure out how to make more of them easily and consistently. Also I really wanted to try printed fabric for nasty meaty details hehe.

I had the idea of making a super simple one with just two pieces! Here are the very silly prototypes, and the first printed attempt.

You can see how I've used thread sculpting to make the fused arms and legs look like two! Neat experiment, but in the end I decided to just make them with a separate tummy piece like a normal plushie lol. The thread sculpting was about as much work as just sewing them with an extra piece anyway. Gave this one to @pixelplushies after the museum trip, who named her Foebe.

Here is my latest joey which I am very pleased with! Increased the contrast of the design so the details print better, much more glossy looking and there's even a subtle little vein.

They're designed to fill little gaps when I order printed fabric, so I should manage to stock a few little foetuses alongside future batches of thylacine beanies!

So I reworked my lifesize Thylacine pattern, and here's the results of my first test. I'm so pleased I don't think I need to change hardly a thing!

Anyways, today i made wolfy a harness from an old poncho i never used. It’s very very rough but I’ve never done anything like this before. It took around 2 or 3 hours. It has a chest strap, a belly strap, and a handle.

An unusual Thylacine colour morph... This Bicolour thylacine displays both melanism and white patches (piebaldism). A speculative colouration that may have occured if thylacines were domesticated rather than driven to extinction. Making Thylacines!!!!!

I made this ridiculous coelophysis in April 2025, based on the one in Walking With Dinosaurs.

Was inspired by some old stripy socks that reminded me of the WWD design's iconic stripy leggies, and I happened to have some pieces of stretchy knit fabric in some rather ugly random colours, but ideal for this thing! Stretchy fabrics are always weird to use, but I had fun sewing this freeform without patterns and going with a sloppy ragdoll style. I discovered I could actually weave ribbons right through the knit fabric for interesting markings.

This beast is SO long and noodly.
