This is what I remember of the story

A sterek high school reunion where Derek is meeting stiles at the school after he puts their kid to bed and when stiles goes into the school he sits down at a table and Scott comes over and talks to him. Lydia is pregnant with hers and Coras baby but Scott thinks that shes with stiles. And Scott tells stiles he isn't part of the pack because he's human

I remember a little bit more of the couples and what happened. The couples are Derek/Stiles Lydia/Cora and I think Ethan/Jackson and Jackson and Malia are related. I don't remember which fic it was. But there was one where Talia and the Sheriff were having a conversation about their kids, and Talia said that the first word Derek ever uttered was 'up,' demanding to be picked up. And Noah laughed and said Stiles' first word was 'No.'

I don't know why, but even though I can't remember the story itself, this conversation has stayed with me. I felt like this perfectly summarized both of their character.
