I think the hardest thing about suicide 

is how many times I have wanted to die

yet I find myself comforting people

because I need to see their smile

to keep trying.

I think the hardest thing about admitting this

is that forgiveness only comes after death

the rest of the time Im being told

“keep your chin up”

“theres no reason to be depressed”

I live with constant blessing

I see this in the messages I recieve

from lovers,friends & family.

but its not enough to stop these

feelings of regret,remorse,deceiving tricks played on my brain

preyed on by my brain

& most cant see the real me.

I find myself destitute in a sea of regretful truth

played by the symphony of mania in me.

Im failing to see

the better parts of trying to breathe.

im seeing the perks of dying in my sleep.

painless

drained moments in a cascade of misery

 lonely musings in a conquest of “greed”

I just need this pain to bleed…I still strive to see the light in peace.
