Repost (?) of an art I did a few months ago. I think I posted a wip on my old Tumblr, but here is the finished piece! I also posted it to bsky.

I basically gave up for a few months cuz of uni & getting bored of the piece, but I returned to it later after some friends encouraged me to finish it. I'm so glad I did; this ended up being my first finished a3 piece, and I'm still pretty proud of it, haha

I'm actually really new to a3, which is crazy because now that I'm finally getting into it, I can see the eng fandom is kind of dead / not as abundant as it used to be. Still, I'm really glad to have found a3, and I really feel like it's a game full of love for all the characters.

Wolf and Zero!!!!! AHH I love them so much, this took a few days for me to finish, but it turned out very nicely, and I'm glad I kept the background in.

Wip & more thoughts below the cut!

I originally planned to make the drawing Taichi & Omi in their stage outfits, and you can see that in the expressions I chose, but when I was doing the background, I knew I wanted it to be a sunset on the beach, and it felt too dramatic for them.

I ended up switching over to Wolf & Zero, changing Wolf/Omi's expression & Zero/Taichi's whole pose to try to fit the background, cuz I fell in love with the colors of it and really wanted to continue using it for this piece.

Anyway, I hope/plan to do illustrations for all of the akigumi plays (they are so amazing, and I love each and every one of them). I might even do some for other plays I love, but we'll see.
