Came across this guy and his friend while on a walk. He stared me down as I got closer while his friend watched the showdown from a rock about 20 feet away. He let me get within 8 feet before he took off. (at Pleasant Grove, Utah)

Apple seed update: Came home to find this. Just planted these seeds on Sunday. I wasn't expecting to see sprouts for at least a week. There are still 6 more seeds in there. #apple #gardening

Ate an #apple today and when I got to the core, I discovered the seeds had split and started to grow. Inside my apple. So I planted them. There are seven seeds in this pot. We'll have to wait and see what happens. #gardening #whatthefruit
