Hello again. It's been years since I last opened my tumblr. It feels nostalgic. This was a space of inspiration and comfort during architecture school.

Now that I am finally an architect, I come here once again looking for inspiration or maybe just to voice out my thoughts. With school, thesis and board exam out of the way, it's now time to figure out where I really want to do.

Inside, Dietrich Untertrifaller stage this house as a large, wooden snuggery. Many traditional themes such as form, material and contexts of use in this way are interpreted in a contemporary way.

Im Inneren zeigen Dietrich Untertrifaller dieses Haus als große, hölzerne Stube. Viele traditionelle Themen wie Form, Material und Nutzungszusammenhänge werden bei diesem Haus zeitgenössich thematisiert.

Alejandro Soffia develops this house with its regular long side to the landscape thru a stringent cross section. On the one hand, this results in an extensive corridor and on the other hand specific views and illumination of each space emerge.

Mit einen stringenten Querschnitt entwickelt Alejandro Soffia dieses Haus mit seiner regelhaften Längsseite zur Landschaft. Daraus resultieren einerseits eine raumgreifende Erschließung und andererseits Einzelraum spezifische Blicke und Belichtungen.

The Palazzo Vecchio (1299-1314) is located in the Piazza della Signoria, in Florence, Italy. Inside,the palace houses a museum in which works by Bronzino, Miguel Ángel and Giorgio Vasari…are exhibited.The Hall of the Five Hundred stands out,whose mural decoration is by da Vinci Between 1540 and 1565 it was the residence of Duke Cosme I de Médici, who commissioned the artist Battista del Tasso to enlarge the palace. The name Palazzo Vecchio was officially adopted when Duke Cosme I and his wife Leonor Álvarez de Toledo moved to their new residence, the Pitti Palace in 1565.

Jorge Alva is a 22 years old urban/architecture photographer from El Salvador based between Warsaw and Berlin. Growing up in a small country like El Salvador helped him develop an appreciation for beauty in the little things, paying attention to detail and never being afraid of new challenges. The struggle of learning is part of what makes him passionate about what he does.
