Hello!!

I thought it was time for a reintroduction

Ive started to use Arlo online more frequently lately hence the blog name change from rys-boys to arlos-boys

Im 25yrs old, transmasc (he/they), queer cause my relationship with romance and sexuality is complicated even at the best of times, Australian, a crafter, a music listener, a plant lover

Im 5 years on T and 1 year post top surgery

I am AuDHD, along with some other complex mental health issues, im studying to be a peer worker, so that I can hopefully help other trans people in my area navigate mental health care!

Im currently saving for a hysterectomy, so that I can save for meta (maybe phallo??)

I SAW THIS IN THE PORTLAND ART MUSEUM! ITS HUGE!

it shimmers like no gemstones i've ever seen: green as malachite and emerald but shot through with opal, gold, copper. photographs can't do it justice because of how it shines, as well as the way the actual material elements have their own dimensions. you can lean in and study all the fine lines of the circuits or step back and admire how the rearranged whole forms new patterns. it's one of the most beautiful creations i've ever seen.

@actualalivecreature and anyone else who want to do what I did for this drawing and use oil pastels on testosterone boxes! I put a few layers of acrylic paint down first where I wanted to draw with oil pastels. The boxes have a coating on them so doing a few layers of acrylic paint gives the oil pastels something to hold on to. Happy testosterone box drawing!!
