"Holobionte 2026 is a work created in partnership with a slime mold (a single-celled living organism). 12,000 photos assembled in timelapse.

No retouching or effects. 100% natural! The finished artwork, which I call the Relic, is a glass plate on which the slime mold remains alive, albeit dormant.

This process, which I developed to create my works, is called Wild Symbiosis."
