omg i just re-read that uhh... ralph angst fic (ik there's like three) but it's the one actually called ralph angst fic. and omg is it terrible.

it's out of character, it's corny, it pretends it's smarter than it actually is. it's meta somehow ??? In a "hint hint wink wink nudge nudge" like, HUHH??? I didn't even want it to be that way, and yet it is.

bro for the life of me, i cannot write simple fluff. it's always gotta be angsty *somehow*.

thought of this plot that's just fluff and romantic, yeah, it was gonna have a tiny bit of hurt/comfort, but, whatever, no big deal.

But then all night I thought of the aftermath, and it's just them going through it.

and i quote "college beating his ass." AND THEY'RE HIGH! Jeez, I thought the weed would help lmao, or make shit worse...

i think Henry would sorta know how to help Peter if he ever got panic attacks and the sort. just by like, seeing them enough.

while the quality of writing was usually, to be honest, dogshit. I do miss being able to just *type*, you know? Just, be able to type on the damn keyboard without having to really think about it. While knowing what to write.

I mean, it wasn't *always* dogshit lol, sometimes it was profound or whatever.

me saying this is sorta dumb. Because, like, I grieve it? But, why though? I could always go back to it, but, I don't think I could, in reality.

"You did it once, so you could always do it again." Really?

It's probably a perfectionism issue where I take ten years to write because I overthink the plot too much and the words I'm writing. That's why I haven't posted in a year and a half lmao.

And it's got me thinking, how *do* you post something?

I don't mean literally, duh. But I mean, the moment that you post something, how do you... go about it? I don't remember how I did so. Do you reload the page 20 times, do you avoid it as much as you can forever, or do you be normal? Go about your day?

i think bert could actually be an interesting character. i know, i'm the mf who doesn't like him. but i've stopped being that forever ago. but!!

not only do i not hate him anymore, i can see something good within him as a character.

they (the show) do nothing with him. is it perhaps the point? probably.

but!!!!!!! idk, i want something there.

i think i've said before but I didn't see the point in bert .. being.. also athletic like Al. Not like they ever did anything with that anyways, but whatever.

but now, i see a thing.

al is swift and fast and whatnot, while bert is like... the opposite. if only they did something with that...
