the sky is grey and everything is blending together. it feels so so heavy. i do not understand people’s autumn love. 

it’d all be more manageable if the aches, pains and muscle twitches were on their way to being solved. i’ve basically been worried for (at least) 2 weeks and 5 days. 

and everyone on the other end of email at my work is being so nice. take care of your health. this isn’t the priority. 

i’m bored and anxious and unable to concentrate on anything. neck plus screens equals ouch as does bum and spine plus chair. and my stupid brain creates a million terrifying scenarios. 

and i’m annoyed because i opened up to one IRL friend and she didn’t respond for WEEKS. i got a message today saying whatever happened with that?
