#kagurabachi #akemura soga #ariu mikaboshi #blood #stabbing #artists on tumblr #clip studio paint #fan art #my art #It's a redraw and prequel of a piece from a year ago!#The original was actually supposed to have the bluish lighting #but I didn't have enough color knowledge back then to pull it off #I think the original has a cleaner composition tbh but in this new one I hope you can see how my style has changed #The perspective and character interaction was harder to pull off...but it took less time to complete this than the original #Something that's been bothering me is that for large pieces like these my art becomes blocky #I find it much easier to carve a hard shape out of soft edges than it is to soften a hard edge and have it look good #But for bigger pieces I don't have the confidence to do that yet #Oh well. I'll get better the more I do it!#The original piece is quite special to me because it gave me the confidence to perform my ideas ^^)#I consider it the real start to my Kagurabachi art journey #timelapse
