My emotions have been up and down today. I have no idea how I’ll feel or be tomorrow, but thank god I’ll be surrounded by loved ones.

What I still love most about Mass Effect 1 is its aesthetic. It evokes many of the same feelings I get from Ridley Scott's original Alien movie, which I've always adored. The Normandy often feels like a distant relative of the Nostromo: functional, believable, and full of character. Ripley also served as a bit of an inspiration for my Shepards over the years.

Maybe that's one of the reasons I fell in love with the game the very first time I stepped aboard the Normandy :D

Today is the day where I begin to take a little better care of myself 🪴

- Art

- Exercise (back, core, walk/jog)

- Spend more time with friends and family

- Drink more water / hot tea

- Limit sugar, red meat, and processed foods

I look at current pictures of myself and don’t like what I see. Not because of outside pressure, but because I know I can do better. I owe this to no one, but myself.
