In the past few weeks, I’ve received several questions and concerns regarding the #100daydrawingchallenge I’m doing, from artists around the world. To all those lovely folks, thank you for taking interest in this challenge and also for opening up about your concerns 🙏🏼♥️ . I started this challenge during #covid19, to keep my anxiety in check and share something positive while the world around me filled up with morbid news of mass infections and deaths. Few weeks into the process already, I feel very happy that I took this challenge, as it allows me some more control on my feelings in these tiring times of chaos and despair, and also that I feel I could perhaps put a smile on some of your faces for a brief moment. . So...I’ve decided to share my rules for this challenge, taking inspiration from @keshrt #100daysofsketchingchallenge The purpose of this challenge is for it to become a meditative process of releasing anxiety and feeling happier, rather than adding pressure to produce an amazing piece EVERY DAY. . Swipe ➡️ for the rules 👾 Hoping you have fun in these #100days and come out of this pandemic stronger and happier 🌸🧡🙏🏼 . . #arttherapy #pandemicpositivityproject #100daydrawingchallenge #artegistfire🔥 #meditativedrawing #zenartist (at Post-Corona World) https://www.instagram.com/p/CBfsv7Ypb7I/?igshid=azvcy5wsf90q
