1. “The Fog on Lake Ouachita” is a piece that I improvised, and fortunately happened to be recording at the time. The serene mood of the track reminded me of camping spot that I visited on occasion with my brother and father when I was young. In the early mornings, a cold, dense fog rose off the lake and surrounded us. It reminded us of the swamps of Dagobah from the original Star Wars series.

Brothers EP - My brother was my first best-friend. Throughout childhood, we would spend all of our time together -- playing video games, skateboarding/biking, adventuring/camping outdoors, and just hanging with friends. I thoroughly enjoyed those days. These songs are reflections on the many happy memories the two of us shared.

Some of you may have noticed that I missed the last two weeks of making my daily art posts. I was composing a score to the biggest film project I’ve worked on to date. It took everything out of me. Sadly, I couldn’t summon the energy to keep my personal commitment of creating a daily offering to the Almighty Art Gods of Tumblr. I’m happy to say that I have recovered, and intend to continue this endless endeavor to be creative every day and share it with you.

I found this purple Passionflower growing on a fence in my parent’s backyard. Such a unique and trippy-looking bloom.
