Schar is a Swiss company that makes a lot of gluten-free products, but most notable is their gluten-free bread. Last night, I made a pasta combination that I’m rather proud of. It took about 45 minutes to make, but it was still simple to make.

DIY Fro-Yo

This is pretty simple.

Get a cup of yogurt. I prefer Yoplait. I have never tried this with Greek yogurt.

Stick it in the freezer. I put it in the freezer in the morning so that it has a chance to sit for at least half the day. A good four hours usually works well for me.

Take yogurt out of the freezer. I prefer eating it at lunch when it’s hottest outside.
