Medea (Fate/FGO)/Outfit Sketch

Here’s a sketch of Fate’s Medea—also featured in FGO—wearing an outfit I designed for her!

For this fan project, I’m giving some of my favorite Servants from Greek mythology new outfits shaped by my own visual style. Please enjoy them as lighthearted, fan-made “what if?” interpretations!

Since Medea is a princess of Colchis, I wanted to learn more about the clothing and personal adornment of Bronze Age Colchis. Direct evidence for clothing is limited, and my costume history books did not cover this particular region and period. Fortunately, I found several excellent open-access archaeological papers on personal ornaments from the region, which gave me a starting point for the design.

This is an interpretive, source-informed design rather than a definitive reconstruction. I’ll share more about my design choices and sources alongside the finished piece!

last of the kid icarus art dump. this is more of a general dump of one-off designs, memes, and general doodles. most are self-explanatory, but there's a couple i'll comment on a little more under the cut (only a little tho.)

the top pair is the pits in the style of one of my original worlds, where angels have some very specific design specifications. i haven't posted a whole lot about that, but if you're curious there's more information under #original

below that are a pair of aus. on the left is Dragon AU, where everything is the same except replace angels with dragons. i just think they're neat.

on the right is designs for a western au, which i didn't write a whole lot about but i think there were zombies involved. don't worry about it tho, i'm sure that's fine.
