Update

I've been gone for a while, so here's a little update on life.

The apartment issue has been solved. Never, ever, no matter what, jump into something you have not done your research on. My $950 apartment is now being switched out for one slightly smaller and when I mean smaller I mean price smaller, $365.....yeah. $950? in Albion? the smallest town imaginable? That's just the downstairs apartment... Glad to be out of that situation. Moved home and attempting to revive my deflated bank account.

On another note with apartment stress, money issues, preparing for school, and well all the crazy news around the world, I have again begun to work out, and this time I'm sticking to it like glue. My roomie, a.k.a my sister, has agreed to also move up in the world as my workout partner in crime, and I must say we make a great team. I went through the wonderful Pinterest and found a bunch of helpful tips and tricks, (these can be found under my board, Becoming a health nut) and we immediately sat down and planned out our normal workout week. Sadly it goes Sunday-Saturday and may need to add a down day to do well nothing, because nothing is great, and we don't want to push ourselves suppppper hard the first month, at least.

Being a runner for 6 years is really helpful when getting back into shape. Our week not only includes things like crunches, squats, etc, but some pretty hard work outs. Yesterday we completed half of our first workout and though it was difficult I definitely feel the burn today and I'm super proud of myself for pushing through. Thanks to my high school track and cross country coaches for pushing me then, its definitely helping me now. Also I've stolen a few workouts and placed them into my wonderful week so thanks for that too, your mad workout skills have helped me be a little lazier.

Hopefully with working out I can reduce the amount of stress and flush out some bad toxins most 21 year olds consume. Ready to be fit and healthier, and you should be to! It's been three years since I've decided to commit to actually becoming fit, and I won't lie its hard, some days I rather nap or eat a pint of ice cream, but if you stick with it you'll be a lot happier with yourself, I always feel so much more accomplished that I went out and ran 2-3 miles, even if it took me forever. Pushed yourself even to run 20 minutes instead of consuming yet more great tasting calories and I promise you'll hurt, but also feel great about yourself. You can do it!! :D
