I’m giving Conrad Veidt’s Dracula my own original vampire lore.

His fangs normally lie folded inside his mouth, but they automatically spring upright when he becomes excited by human body heat or the presence of blood.

This is not something he can consciously control. It works much like an erection.

what’s funny is that I stumbled on this concept completely on accident by adding both characters to my Tomodachi Life island. They both fell in love and now I am obsessed with them.

Know how you protect kids? Make sure people have livable wages and healthcare and housing. That helps create healthy stable families with time to raise children properly, with healthy boundaries. Extreme censorship only makes our lives harder by taking away not only our privacy, but also our right to information we deserve to know and enjoy. Nobody should have to show Id or face scans or whatever just so they can listen to music. Or watch videos. Or read a book. This is surveillance used to try to keep you from knowing what's happening around you and the world at large. This is fascism and very dystopian and if you think it can't get worse, then pick up a history book. While you still can.

ideal living situation is what i call the 'sitcom special' : having all your closest friends live in the same apartment building or neighborhood where you each have your own space but can wander in and out of eachothers homes at will, seemingly always welcome and never at bad times. and also all of you only have jobs when its important to the plot.
