Pectoral of the God Osiris

This pectoral is depicting god Osiris flanked by the Two Ladies (“Nebty”), Wadjet on the right, patroness of Lower Egypt and Nekhbet on the left, patroness of Upper Egypt. It was made from gold and inlaid with lapis lazuli, carnelian and other semi-precious stones.

Excavated from the Tomb of Tutankhamun (KV62). Valley of the Kings, West Thebes. Now in the Egyptian Museum, Cairo.
