A reminder why: I draw for fun. People struggle to get into art and are discouraged. I dont post all my mistakes per-say but i will post the less interesting ones to show the hidden parts of art and thats all the practice that isn't normally shared

I want to nurture the idea that art isn't always the grand beautifully made sexy eye catchers. The endless sea of YCHs. It can be all that, but for every piece you see normally posted, there's 20 pages worth of sketches, practice, and time consumed. I will continue posting my sketchbook open

The christmas cards from the couple who doesn't do Christmas. Its been a fucking shitty year. Many gave up the fight this year and clocked out early.

Many lost their jobs and havent recovered.

Many lost their way of life, forcibly moved by forces beyond their control.

But we're still here. I can't tell ya to not punch your own ticket; i can't tell you the pain is worth bearing, but this is your sign to realize you have adopted family near to you.
