Some pics of My Juneleb celebrations, I went to the pop up event at Tea’amo in Chinatown Chicago. Aside from eating delicious desserts I had a fun time checking out the merch and connecting with other green apples. Shoutout to RedqueenCos for being the Caleb in the Polaroid and being very nice! I didn’t take a lot of pics because I had to leave quick to change and go to my mom’s suprise birthday party/carne asada/ family girls night fiesta.

Godzilla night at the Alamo draft house was lucky that they were showing my favorite one on my day off Godzilla vs Hedorah and even luckier that my friends had flown in from New York from Chicago the same week in time to see it with me! Also managed to swing by Chinatown and gagnam market later for food.

HALLOWEEN PART 2 needless to say I was shocked that John waters was coming to the small college I graduated from off the suburbs of Chicago.

So I put on my egg man clothes which I already owned everything except the pants and headed down. John said earlier at the event he can never tell if his fans are in costume because they already dress like that. (Choosing the Eggman costume for the group was also ironic considering I test food for Salmonella for a living)

The serial mom rewatch & commentary was hilarious and the group therapy was intimate and magical.

Support your local theatre groups and libraries. Side note I highly recommend Alveus sanctuaries video on egg labels and ethical consumption.
