it came to me that it is called fasting, because it speeds everything up.  when you go without food and water, you enter a very high vibration.  you can’t cling to emotions or even words/thoughts, because you are losing gravity

it’s like floating above the world and you see the senselessness of human behavior and how everyone spends time just trying to buy time and fill the gap

i certainly don’t know the purpose of man.  we would not need to cure disease or aid the poor, if we didn’t exist.  we have created every illness and every problem on earth, because man can’t keep his greedy hands off anything

people want gluttony and indulgence, when what they need is discipline and guidance

fasting brings you home 

denying thy flesh is the only thing that will bring you peace and starve out the illusions and the demons

it is ludicrous to spend any time not fasting because it just is
