I’m maintaining in the high 115 range, like 115.5 - 115.8 but hopefully a week or two more and I’ll be 113 -115 which is a weight I think I could be okay with at least for a little while. I will say my body does feel more sore and lethargic at this weight but I think I just need to adjust. I also wanna start doing yoga since I think it could be really healthy for me!

I’m still maintaining at 117 lbs right now but I’m planning another push to drop a few more pounds and then maintain for a week or so again! I want to hit 115 next so my goal is to do heavy restriction for the next 2 days and then ease back up into a “normal” eating routine again! Essentially, I’m gonna liquid fast/eat minimally the next two days with no more than 300 calories and then after that I’ll slowly add more calories each day until I’m back up to 1200-1500 while still maintaining at 115 and then repeat until I’m at my GW of 110 lbs!
I always feel best in the fall so I’m really excited to just enjoy fall and winter and be at my goal weight and hopefully just feel comfy in my skin and body!
