100 calorie tomato soup
Ingredients:
1/2 cup onions, chopped - ~10
1/4 tsp garlic, minced
1 1/2cups diced tomatoes, canned - 75
1 cup low sodium chicken broth - 10
1/2tsp basil leaves
1 tbsp bellinos balsamic vinegar - 5
1 dash salt
Directions
Chop onion and mince garlic. In a small pot, spray with cooking spray and saute onion and garlic until soft, about 5 minutes.
Dump all remaining ingredients in. Tomatoes, chicken broth, basil, balsamic vinegar, and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium low, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
Dump soup into a small blender, or use an immersion blender. If you want to keep this chunky, only blend for 2-3 seconds.
Return to pot and simmer another 5-10 minutes.

Low cal mushroom soup
Disclaimer: I'm not posting this to fuel anyone's ED. I'm posting this so that people might feel comfortable enough to eat this and at least get some nutrients in their body, even if it's just soup. Please please please stay safe and seek help from a professional, or at least someone to talk to.
With that out of the way, here's the recipe (kcal may vary according to the brands you use):
- 500g of mushrooms (110kcal)
- 1 red onion (37kcal)
- 100g of potatoes (88kcal)
- 100ml of milk (48kcal)
- 2 bouillon cubes (around 14kcal)
- 125cl water
Method:
- wash your mushrooms and cut them into little pieces
- add your mushrooms to a hot pan and bake until they turn a dark brown
- while your mushrooms are on the stove, cut the onion and add into a large pot, lightly sauté until golden brown and then add your mushrooms
- add 125cl of water (or however much you prefer, I usually only use 1l but it's up to you) and the bouillon cubes (1/500cl)
- peel your potatoes (optional) and cut them into little pieces. Add them to the broth and let boil until they're soft
- if you want you can use a mixer, I'm not a fan of lumpy soup so I always mix but again, that's just personal preference
- add 100ml of milk and your preferred spices
- enjoy!
1 portion (250ml) is around 60kcal

161 CALS FOR THE WHOLE PLATE <3
ok y’all are not gonna believe me but istg this is good lmao. i got it from tiktok but arranged it a little. it’s great for people who don’t have stevia or any 0 calorie sugar too, i know that it can be very expensive so here’s a recipe that doesn’t need any !
ingredients :
(brownies)
- 27g flour (96)
- 21g cocoa powder (48)
- pinch of salt + 1/4 tsp baking powder (0)
- 100g diet soda (0) ik that sounds extremely unappealing but trust me it’s still very good 💀 if you WANT to add some powdered sweetener tho, it’s 120g of soda (for 45g of sweetener)
(toppings)
- 1 tbs cocoa powder (12)
- 2g maple syrup (5)
- the quickest splash of unsweetened almond milk/water (0)
directions : mix the dry ingredients, then add in the diet soda, then you can either bake it in a preheated oven at 400F/200C or (impatient as i am) in the microwave for 2min30, it’ll come out very slimy tho, idk if you can see it in the pic. then mix and pour the chocolate glaze on top et voilà !

3/23/21 ♡ vegan low cal "ramen" [55]
1 package angel hair shirataki noodles [20]
12g (1 tbsp) or 1 small slice onion, chopped [5]
5g (1 tsp) minced garlic [5]
16g (1 tbsp) soy sauce [10]
6g (2 tsp) vegan chicken bouillon powder [15]
pam cooking spray
1/4 cup water
[optional] garlic powder, paprika, (celery) salt and pepper to taste
this is a really easy and yummy alternative to packaged ramen, and it's great because adding more vegetables like carrots, green onion, mushrooms, etc won't make this a high calorie meal while still filling you up!
simple directions:
1. heat small pot of water, drain noodles, then add to boiled water for about 5 min. drain again and set aside.
2. spray large pan with cooking oil than sauté onion and garlic (if adding anymore vegetables, do that here). cook until soft on med heat.
3. spray pan once more and add noodles. mix everything together on med-high heat, then add soy sauce, 1/4 cup water and 1 tsp bouillon. if adding additional seasoning, do so now.
4. when cooked and adding to bowl, sprinkle remaining 1 tsp of bouillon on top, and you're done!

Cream-Sauce Shirataki Noodles ~ 240 cals
First tasty recipe in my opinion and it’s VEGAN too.
Ingredients:
Shirataki Noodles 200g (12 cals)
Alpro Cooking Light 100g (61 cals)
Mushrooms ~ 40g (10 cals)
spring onion 1 stem ~ (16 cals)
fresh parsley (2 cals)
Vegan cheese 27g (82 cals) - depends which one you use
nutritional yeast ~ 5g (16 cals)
olive oil (or cooking spray to make it even more low cal (mine was 44 cals))
1. Rinse the shirataki noodles under warm water 2-3 times
2. cook the noodle in water for 10 minutes (I used veg. broth to give it more taste)
3. In the mean time chop the vegetables
4. shred the vegan cheese if you didn’t choosed shredded
5. fry the mushrooms in a bit oil or even without oil - if you keep them moving in a teflon pan they will not burn
6. add the alpro cooking light, the vegan cheese & nutritional yeast to the mushrooms
7. seasoning with salt and pepper
8. add the cooked shirataki noodles
9. let it cook for another 5-10 minutes (important in my opinion)
10. add the chopped spring onion and fresh parsley
11. Done
