Not broken anymore and a touch of luck
So my leg has mostly healed! i dont need a cane anymore and I am allowed to drive according to the doctor. IVe been dying to bake something this season so im making an apple bread for this weeks occasion and for halloween next week one Honey cake and a pumplkin bread!!! BAKING !!! SO MUCH BAKING!
Also a ladybug flew directly into my face on my way to the car to getgroceries today. So. That was actually super cool
So i havent posted liek anything in forever. Ive been not like feeling like writing prose or much of that sort of thing lately and I kind of had originally intended for this to be where i posted my terrible poetry and stuff. But like i'll just post when i can and whatever i feel like when I feel like I guess. I broke my leg in the dumbest way possible a week or two ago. And so i was trying to figure out stuff to do and doodled today. I know they'e not good drawings but I thought i'd like? Post something anyway.

New Bed new routine
Got a new bed. Redid the bedroom in a way to suit it. It's comfortable. Decided this also meant time to take on a new routine as fars as cleaning and taking care of things in the home. Making sure im comfortable and not cluttered. In home or mind.
I cleaned up
So this is like my first Post in a long time outside of positive thoughts or random word dumping. I cleaned up the apartment for the first time in a while. GEtting ready for some new furniture. Clean space really DOES help for mindfulness and brathing easy. I dont think I've ever really noticed how much BAD feelings I leave in my clutter or in the dust on the bookshelf. Here's a reminder to myself that caring for my space is like caring for myself
Rock a long
Some music to make my day Some messages from friends and family Maybe today is aa good day. If I can rock along to the beat of the music And just relax and let myself just BE
Taking time
Taking time to dust. To remove the clutter
To freshen not just the space but my mind Give it all room to breathe
Air out the aching and lessen the strain

My mind feels less full of static murmurs. It's quiet but not painful Calm
My collection of Frogs. And Cupcake the Rainbow Kiwi. Most were gifts and are a delightful reminder I am loved and cherished
Reprocessing through physical activity
I hurt. When I move. When its quiet. Inside and out a lot of the times I hurt. Until I am not alone. A sound. A song. A friend maybe comes by
They say hello. Distract me from the pain. Make me feel loved
I can't ignore or forget. This shaking in my muscles when I move OR the sad empty feeling when Im alone with myself. But without movement. Without the quiet. How will I know myself?
How will I get better if I dont face my body and my lonely heart?
