So uh story behind Ashflight?yeah here we go

So Ashflight was the only child of his parents, and the two were very young at the time, but they loved him unconditionally.His father would often take the place of a nurse for his mate,since Dawnrose was the deputy at the time.Ashpaw had a normal apprenticeship, with his uncle Redwind as his mentor.Shortly after recieving his name, a Dark Forest Trainee called Buckflame from SkyClan tried to recruit him, and seeing how easily influenced he was, he trusted the SkyClan warrior.He trained for only a short period of time, as his father had become extremely sick and soon died from liver failure.He mourned for his father for many moons,and a trans tom-cat named Sparrowfeather comforted him in his darkest times.They soon grew close, and Ashflight asked him to be his mate.Many moons after they became mates,Sparrowfeather had kits in leafbare.Despite him being a trans tom, he was still estatic about having kits.They were named Elmkit and Frostkit,but Sparrowfeatjer had complications and soon died from blood loss.Ashflight did his best to care for his kits, still mourning for his mate.Three moons after having them, Frostkit was found frozen in the snow.Ashflight was devastated at the death of his daughter, and so soon after his mate’s death.He vowed to keep Elmkit safe, and when he became an apprentice Ashflight begged his mother to let him be Elmpaw’s mentor.She aggreed, and he kept a watchful eye on him.Soon after his aporenticeship began, PoppyStar had stepped down from leadership due to her old age.Dawnrose became leader, and made Ashflight deputy.He to this day mourns the loss of his mate and daughter, but keeps his happiness with his son and mother.

His name(obviously) is Hawkberry, and he was formerly from VoidClan but switched to RuinClan. He’s a very humble and sweet boy who may be huge(Norwegian Forest big), but he wouldn’t hurt a fly.He cares for his entire clan, and would do anything to make his clanmates smile.His head is often in the clouds, and he daydreams constantly.His parents,Twigsnap and Flurryheart,both died from two sepreate poisoned mice they ate,just after he had turned 10 moons.Right before they died,he decided to leave VoidClan and join RuinClan, due to other cats constantly thinking he was useless,and upon seeing ButtonStar he had hoped joining RuinClan would make cats think he was worth something.After hearing about their deaths he searches for what could have caused the poisoned mice.He finds the cat who caused the mice to be poisoned, and infront of his new clan, he blinded the loner in his fury.Despite this he is still seen as a sweet and soft-hearted cat.He often is found hanging out with the kits and queens, serving as a very popular cat for the kits to practice on due to his massive size(he plays as a badger quite often.)
