In an industry dominated by men , Niall has written for his album with (atleast ) two women.

He has consciously and purposefully chosen to grow the game of golf by specifically growing women’s golf. Giving them equal pay, competition time and fighting to get them on TV to showcase their talent.

Now he has invited a disabled golfer to play at his golf company’s event.

Half the battle in changing perception and progress is just having those marginalized groups be represented. Letting their talent shine and be recognized before they’re put into a category.

I know I’ve been a Niall fan. But, damn... I’m reallly a fan of Niall. Who he is as a person and his choices to use his platform and work ethic to make the world a bit better for everyone else.
