Anxiety can go f itself.

Dealing with anxiety sucks. I can come to the worst conclusion in a matter of a few minuets.

My life has always been this way. From the time I was 3 years old. Now I am 29 and still struggling. I have found some ways to cope but it seems like it will never end.

I used to think that I was alone. I thought that no one would love me because of what i was. “CRAZY” I thought that only my Mother could love me. Hell my real father seemed not to give a shit.

I just wanted to be normal. I wanted to be liked. I still feel like I get replaced from time to time.

I freak out about little things. I get myself all worked up and it’s not really that bid of a deal. Yet i know that I can’t help it.

Just remember you are not the only one.

Roseate Spoonbill

This breed of spoonbill is resident to South, Central, and southeastern North America. It has a wingspan of around four feet, and derives its color from its diet. It feeds by moving its bill under the water side to side, sifting through mud for food. The oldest individual found in the wild was 16 years old.
