Here is a perfect analogy for current situation:lets say there are nuclear bombs planted by citizens of pak in all its neighbouring countries,the country refuses to believe that their citizens have planted any bombs at all.would you still entertain the country & its citizens by allowing them to continue their business in the neighbouring countries holding pak passports,it may be few citizens doing it,but ultimately the country needs to be isolated from cultural,economical exchange, and other such factors which dont have any relevance when there are bigger threats.
