Frankenstein (Saber), Stage 2
So, she had a perfectly good swimsuit in her stage 1 that she ditched for this in Stage 2. It's good too, but it would have made more sense for either this to be the swimsuit she wore in her stage 1 along with the blouse, or for this to be the stage 1 swimsuit, no blouse. Although, the stage 1 swimsuit would have been too revealing perhaps?

Quoting from her bio seems apt:
The summer season has arrived! "It's too hot! I'm tiiired! I don't have any energy!" Fran, artificial being that she is, can't handle the summer heat. In search of somewhere cool, she changes into a swimsuit and joins the race! Her partners are a shady old man and a giant, transforming robo-Babbage. It's like a summer blockbuster movie!

Week 17 Results
So, right off the bat, the new way of doing this ranking stumbles HARD with the least amount of total votes yet. Frankly, it put me off doing it how I did last week, and I'm currently leaning towards a staggered schedule. I was shocked by how few votes Nero got. I thought she was popular. Based on pure score, Nero Stage 2 is the highest ranked--but is a single vote for S rank better than 1 S and 1 B? The scores are so close that its hard.
Personally, I think this needs a redo. Putting it up to a vote. Won't drop the next one until this is decided.

Just a good and simple swimsuit. Fits her well and fits her well and the colors match Nero. A strong start.
