My muses have changed so much in the past two years that I needed a more clean environment for them. Organized & decluttered about pages, adjusted tags, and updated bios!

"My fucking head..." His skull felt like it was going to split, his brain searing to the point of nausea. The world spun, Louis eventually closing his eyes again for some relief. His palm pressed where he swore the pressure was coming from in an attempt to soothe himself. When it brought no quick relief, he gave in, quickly frustrated with the matter.

Admittedly, the thought was, pop a few migraine meds and some Xanax and wait for it to pass, soothe the agitation and anxiety that was bubbling in his chest from his...hangover. The burn of his nose told him that wasn't all he did. He knew that wasn't all he did but it wasn't a conversation that he was willing to have with himself at this moment.

However, as he blindly reached where his bottles were, his palm closed in on itself, grasping at nothing. One eye peeked open before he realized he didn't recognize the night stand...nor the blankets...

Fuck. Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck Fuck.

Internally he groaned with the realization that he wasn't home. Best case scenario, he'd gone home with an innocent stranger for sex. Worst case...--

Either way, he needed to get the hell out of here. He felt his side, relieved to feel that his prosthetic was still attached to him, allowing him to shift to the side of the bed, preparing to stand up. He wobbled with his vertigo challenging the action, fingertips reaching the wall for balance before shoulders jumped at the sound of the door.

Louis' level of risk taking increases monumentally when he is struggling through a depressive episode.

In general, he is more prone to arguments and fighting. Injuries are excessive because of this proclivity and--surprisingly somehow--less of a censor on his mouth when it comes to the clientele he works with. Given his trade, its not surprising for him to come back bruised or lacerated.

Beyond that, he is more brazen when it comes to drug use and sex as well. While he has always been someone that enjoys partying, he was careful with his drug use, where it came from, how much he was utilizing, what he's mixing together. Such goes completely out the window.

Because the consequence is that he dies. And that's secretly what he hopes will happen. While he wont personally kill himself, he is fine with the opportunity for a poor choice or the choice of another to do so to him. He would be sincerely grateful if such was the outcome.

Louis does get a little scared about the relief that the sensation of dying brings him sometimes. He's experienced it twice now. Once from blood loss from his leg (his femoral artery severed) and once from a drug overdose. The relaxation of a slowing heartbeat, the emptiness of his head, it felt almost tranquil to be that numb.

And he feels immense guilt over that when he was brought back. He feels like it says something about his character that he was that eager to run from his problems. And it only perpetuates the suicidal thoughts that he has.
