Maaaybe, but that brushes up against the fact that a lot of the publishing industry has the same catty energy as high school, and a large part of me not wanting to talk about it is just not having the spoons for that.

One! She’s a black mouth curr/boxer mutt of some sort and we love her v much. not gonna post a picture though because she’s the most unphotogenic animal i’ve literally ever interacted with. she’s getting on in years though, so basically, look up black mouth curr, make her a lil chubby (she’s fine in terms of weight, recall she’s not purebred or anything fancy. we got her from a shelter), and then make her geriatric and the actual sassiest old lady. she will snort if you say something sarcastic.
