Not one of the sent prompts, but the one I most wanted to submit ASAP.

Zen’s been catching up on some Kuroshitsuji/Black Butler, and with the recent posts from ask-ciel-pony, I felt a little inspired to dig back into Strata’s most initial roots as a possible Black Butler fancharacter (an idea later shoved to the wayside). The roots that dictated she be mostly androgynous with some feminine tellings, but overall difficult to discern as one or the other. Oh! And this is Veneered Strata! What she looks like when she’s blending in with Mundanes (beings not from an elementally aligned plane like hers). The glasses are to hide her yellow irises and orange pupils.

I’ve wanted to do a Ciel meets Strata type of thing for a LONG time; but it always took backseat to other things, mostly because of my own mental barriers concerning my weeby BS. xD Ciel Pony blog’s recent rash of shenanigans in their asks gave me even more of a reason to finally do it, though. So kinda sorta fanart, kinda sorta scenario or something? *shrug* o3o

Colors are a bit off due to coloring over/under a photographed traditional sketch, and the paper being a little aged. Can’t tell that it’s aged due to my attempts to make its presence as inconspicuous as possible, and suckin’ at it. lol Krita is not ideal for that, or I don’t know how to do it. Definitely didn;t remember how. OTL I fixed it so that the blue tint is now gone. *dumb mistake to forget to desaturate*
