I know you call it the 6-2-1 rule, but I think its better for you if you eat an actual 3 meals a day. 6-9 hours of sleep (9 preferably), 3 meals, and at least 1 shower a day. I always have bags under my eyes, on con days. I find my self thinking about the con while I’m trying to sleep, and how awesome it’s gonnabe.  Always make sure you eat a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. You don’t want to starve or survive on just pocky. PLEASE take a shower! Use soap, shampoo, and deodorant. Nobody wants to smell you when you’ve gone a week without a proper shower.
