So what they say that you look completely different from looking at a mirror is true….

Fugo was already low-key concerned that there was one of him, much less 2.

This one seemed slightly different from him, though. a bit older? and all the more depressing. yikes….

is this the point where someone like Narancia would say ‘no one from the future came to stop me yet, so how bad can it be?’ (before plunging himself face first into mortal danger….) and then it ACTUALLY happened?

Looking somewhat concerned, Fugo nodded at the other him.

“Hello….. uhm… you look like you’ve had it rough….“

“ Oh.” They look up as if surprised to get an answer. “ Yeah, I guess you could say that. Most of it’s makeup,” They pause to wipe away makeup from under their eyes, making them look a lot less…emo. “ But yeah.”

“ This is….awkward…I’m not the best at speaking….” They shuffle around slightly, as if anxious over meeting their younger self.

“uh….. y..yes, it is, really.” he stated, matter of factly.

Fugo almost had to resist laughing how surreal this was.

“….let me get this straight: you are-…” with lack of knowing a way to ask this without it sounding utterly ridiculous, he changed the question: “who are you, exactly?”

They thought for a minute. “ Well, I’m you but…from a different universe. Basically, future you from a universe where I’m…We’re..?….Anyways, I’m an emo wannabe, possibly a theater kid, and everything that happened still happened sorta but not really and it’s just really confusing!” They take a breath.

“ And who’re you?”

‘everything that happened‘? aside from the interesting tidbits about himself in some time from now, that sounded rather concerning…

“Well…. supposedly, I am you too. Pannacota Fugo. I don’t quite know how to interpret ‘different universe’, but…. today is April 6th 2001, if that helps… Mista finally calmed down from 2 days ago.” as it had been 4/4. Fugo feared how he will be in 3 years from now…

“ So we’re the same person.” Fugo thought for a moment themselves. “ Well, my universe doesn’t have a set time but I’d asume it’s either 2001/2002 or 2020, hell of a year.” They space off for a moment before speaking again.

“ Well, in any case, since I’m emo now, I can be EFugo or just Emo Fugo.”

“2001 or 2…..huh? so soon…“ the younger frowned. The back of his mind was always telling him that there was no way to be happily ever after when you’re in the mafia, but… He had hoped the little soap bubble where he was actually kind of happy would have lasted a bit longer…

“did…….did something bad happen? Am I going to mess up on something vital? I’m sorry, but…. that’s the vibe I’m getting…“ he swallowed, hard to hide how the possibility made him anxious.

“You’d think I don’t know when you’re lying?“ he huffed annoyed. “but knowing you, knowing me, you’re probably caught up in how telling me anything may influence the space-time continuum and what not. and you not telling me is some twisted form of kindness.“

another sigh.

“….guess you’re right about it though…. all I want to know is… is everyone still there?“

They take a breath before replying. “ Yes. In my timeline and universe, yes.” They smile half heartedly, hoping to bring some comfort to the other Fugo.

“……..“ younger Fugo’s eyes darkened a bit. he frowned and looked off, letting it sink in. ‘in their timeline and universe’…. that almost sounded like that wouldn’t be the case for him. it was in the way how the other was hesitant, almost trying to tiptoe around the topic. If the both were able to talk like this, there was a big chance they knew of what ‘other timelines’ would look like. And highly possible: his. Then, who…? Bucciarati? Narancia? Mista? Abbacchio?… actually, there was no guarantee it would be just one… Did Giorno Giovanna joining them have anything to do with this…?

He glanced at ‘emo’ Fugo from the corner of his eyes. somehow, the look on their face pissed him off. It was almost too tempting to give them a good right hook. But instead, he gave a rather harsh tap against the other’s brow.

“What are you looking all sympathetic for? We had a good time for 2 whole years. That’s more than we deserved to start with…“

They step back, suddenly looking quite hurt. “ I-I know that! I know that.” Tears welled up in their eyes. “ I know that….” Wiping away the unwanted moisture from their eyes, they continued. “ Look, I’m not trying to hurt you in anyway with my presence, I’m sure Time will come get me if I’m unwanted, but just know I’m your enemy, as your eyes imply.” The carefree aspect of their character seemed to melt off them and they glared at the other Fugo.

“ I’m not your enemy, Fugo.”

“uah! geez, calm!“ the younger sounded kind of panicked. He was already a bit of a dunce when others showed emotions, much more so when it was his mirror image. And it was confronting as all hell to see himself getting so feeble. Since when did he learn to express himself without violence??

“You’re about as much my enemy as Purple Haze is. You know well enough what that implies…“ He breathed deep.

“you’re not-…..“ Fugo felt some kind of sour sting in his throat as he muttered the words. “…-you’re not unwanted…“

They snap out of their strict tone. “ Oh. I wasn’t expecting that.” They laugh, though obviously nothing was funny. “ Sorry.” They shuffle around a bit. “ I’m kinda glad to know I’m not unwanted. I like it here. Where I’m from, things have been pretty dull as of late, maybe its just me.”

“ Well,” They said. “ Dull besides the weird all knowing time creature showing up and basically bouncing me off the walls of the universe.”

“god, you’re a pain in the ass…“ he spoke to himself more then to the other, then looked up, flabbergasted.

“an all knowing time WHAT NOW?“ and… and that is dull?

“ An all know time creature-Half certain their what is known as a Pillar Man, but I’m not sure. They’re named Thyme, basically they can universe jump and shit- I dunno, it’s complicated.” They huff a strand of white hair out of their eyes. “ Also, hey! I’m not a pain!”

And that was a lie.

“Thyme…….is that a pun? one like only Mista could make?“ as it went well above his head indeed, the 16-year-old in him showed up.

“That doesn’t exactly sound dull. is it? what did you find along the way?“

“ Well, things were dull before Thyme showed up, but then I found myself in the middle of some horse race, some weird universe where the gang works for a mall, tons of things.”

“ And yes, Thyme is a pun….I think.” It went over their head too.

“pftt!“ the younger laughed. “What the hell? That sounds so stupid!“ but his voice wasn’t condescending. If anything, it sounded admiring, almost envious.

They laughed too. “ It does sound stupid, doesn’t it!”

“What am I suppose to imagine with ‘working for a mall‘? it sounds too civilized, who are these people??“

They step back, suddenly looking quite hurt. “ I-I know that! I know that.” Tears welled up in their eyes. “ I know that….” Wiping away the unwanted moisture from their eyes, they continued. “ Look, I’m not trying to hurt you in anyway with my presence, I’m sure Time will come get me if I’m unwanted, but just know I’m your enemy, as your eyes imply.” The carefree aspect of their character seemed to melt off them and they glared at the other Fugo.

“You’re about as much my enemy as Purple Haze is. You know well enough what that implies…“ He breathed deep.

This is a blog that accepts anons that introduce plots. This could be a magic anon, or giving my muse an object of importance, or even bringing muses together by sending us both anons and having us build a story together.

I think the RPCs have been lacking this interactivity since at least last year and I think that's something that needs to be changed. Anon has become a tool of hatred, so lets use it for something constructive like we used to, and bring back anon driven plotlines between muses. Some of my favorite threads have been through this very system and I deeply miss it. I think its something that will bring us together in an age where a lot of the RPC seems divided.
