10) Scariest monster to fight?

(( I would have to say that either Savage Deviljho or Massacre Demon Diablos take the cake for the scariest monster to fight, although Nakarkos is definitely one of the creepiest monsters I’ve fought. ))

1) What hunting style/weapon do you main?

(( I main mostly Longsword and Insect Glaive, although I have been getting more into Great Sword lately.  As for hunting style, I generally go with Striker. ))

5)   Favorite monster(s)?

(( It’s likely fairly obvious, but my favorite monster is of course Lagiacrus (and all of its subspecies).  After Lagi, I would have to say both species of Zinogre, and Gore and Shagaru. ))

8)   Any weapons you’d like to learn?

(( I mentioned it in my first answer, but recently I started picking up Great Sword.  Besides that, I think I’d like to learn Gunlance or maybe Dual Blades. ))

(( I don’t main either of them, but the Gunlance or the Switch Axe.  I mean, come on, one shoots wyvern fire, and the other can change into an axe or a sword! What more could you want? ))

To Raiden.... How do you feel about legitimately being the best monster species ever?

Raiden:  “While I don’t know if I would go so far as to say that we Lagiacrus are the best species of monster out there (or even the strongest, as that right goes to the Elder Dragons), I don’t deny that I feel no small amount of pride in my species, and in our power and majesty.  There is a reason why we’re called Lords of the Sea, after all, and my kind are in no small part responsible for why so many hunters hate underwater combat.  Of course, I might be a bit biased.”

    Monster Hunter XX over a million sales 1st Week

As if the Nintendo 3DS needed any help selling in Japan, the release of Monster Hunter XX (expansion of Monster Hunter Generations) has raised total 3DS sales (2DS, New 3DS, New 3DS XL) by 179%. The surge momentarily closed the gap with the Switch, which remains the top selling console. At nearly 850,000 physical sales, digital sales would likely put Monster Hunter XX over a million in it’s first week. Japan really loves it’s “MonHun,” even when it’s just a expansion of the previous game.

West also loves it’s “MonHun”.
