Do you want make Osmosis Jones 2?

Don’t know how long ago this ask was sent, but - 

I think an Osmosis Jones 2 would be a disaster to be honest xD If they could match the animation style and ambition of the first one, it might just be an awesome project. However, after seeing the lack of talent and passion put into the cartoon series, and then into the video game (yes, I actually bought the Ozzy and Drix video game, and WOOOH IT’S NOT GOOD-), I’d honestly be pretty scared to see how they would slaughter the sequel - 

That being said, the series does have a certain charm to it, and I feel like I can make fun of it simply because it was a deeply rooted part of my childhood~ However, seeing a sequel of a movie matching the charm of it predecessor is pretty rare, as sequels are typically made for monetization rather than passion. 

So, would I want a sequel to Osmosis Jones? Yes. Would I be scared of how it would turn out? Definitely. Do I think it could ever happen? Absolutely not, as Osmosis Jones - as a movie project - bombed in the box office and absolutely killed Warner Bros Animation. But! We always have fanfiction to rely on, at least!
