I don't really remember much...

I know I had lost my glasses, and I... I had, saved someone... I can't remember who, I think it was maybe a civilian? O-Or, maybe it was one of my comrades...

But even without my glasses, I could see the floating bodies around me, I will never forget that sight, and the smell, it was terrible, I was nearly ready to give up, but... for some reason, The only thing I could think of was Mattie,

And I realized that

I was no where near giving up. I know Matts wasn't really there, but, His presence, it was enough to get me to want to live again.

After that though...
