Headcanon about hemoanons

We all know there are these anon-blooded trolls, but if only mutants and limebloods got a reason to be anon, what would the point be? Wouldn’t everyone just try to cull them, as if they held up a big sign “FRESH MUTANT HERE” wherever they go?? Why not just disguise themselves as the closest bloodcolor…?

Well, I don’t think it’s that simple. 

I think anonbloods are in fact way more common among non-mutants. It’s like a peaceful way to rebel, or in some cases, it’s simply a troll who don’t feel very comfortable with the blood they were born with for various reasons. Maybe it’s a peaceful highblood feeling out of place or a lowblood without any powers? Who knows.

But the anon sign gives them some strength, the strength in knowing that to everyone around you, you could be one of the highest as well as one of the lowest. The anons stand strong together even if far apart. Among them, some of them anyway, the cast system is simply not all that important. I imagine it’s considered rude among fellow anons to ask about color too.

Later on mutants and limebloods came to adapt to this. They adopted the gray symbol and mixed in among their fellow anons.

I imagine, considering how rare limes and mutantbloods are supposed to be, that if you attack an anonblood… The chance who you find behind the symbol is truly just another normal greenblood or blue or rust, is much, much higher than you finding an “oddity”.

I believe this is why most trolls, even the hemoloyal ones, would be careful around anonbloods. It’s just so much harder to determine what sort of fight they’d be putting themself into if they decide to attack.

but thankfully, it came out okay! simple black rose with dark stems leading around her arm with thorns

also, it’s canon for her having the tattoo before she had amnesia. making that official. disregard all the other drawings before with her not having a tattoo ouo;;;;;
