"Do you ever get sand in your clothes?" Kai'Sa had just popped up from a Void portal. She couldn't open them, but sometimes they just appeared at supposed random. -voiddeviant

“Ah!” The random portal and person popping out of it scared Taliyah, so much so she fell back on her butt. She wasn’t exactly great with jump scares. “Yes? It is the desert after all.”@voiddeviant

“Ah, sorry. I didn’t mean to scare you.” She wanted to offer her hand to help the other back up, but years of solitude and hatred made her hesitant to approach. She just watched Taliyah with a worried look.

“I, uh, I saw you moving rocks. I thought you could just move the sand out of your clothes, too.”

“It’s fine, accidents happen.” Taliyah wasn’t exactly one to get mad at people even if it was some random girl who just popped out of the portal to ask a question out of the blue who she didn’t know. Though she would have liked a hand up she thought as she got up, brushing the sand off.

“Nope, only rocks! It would be nice if I could move sand though because the stuff really gets everywhere. Mainly my hair.”
