When Sharp first arrives at the Blu base, and is introduced as their new coworker/teammate/whatever the gang isnt exactly thrilled. None of them are really friends, they're all very professional. And they are all pretty prideful (and dumb) and think they don't need a new teammate (even tho they have a pretty impressive losing streak).

So the first dinner she shares with them they're all pretty rude, most of them just ignore her, and she doesnt really care. But then Scout says something like 'I dont get why miss pauling thinks we need a new teammate just cuz of a few unlucky losses' everyone else is yeah, you right, Sharp doesn't comment. And then soldier or scout (idk either works) say something like 'even if we needed a new teammate, how's a girl gonna help us'. Sharp has had enough, "Alright, if you guys are gonna be rude, I'm gonna eat in my room. You guys act like if 'being a decent human being' isn't in your job description y'all wont even bother" then she walks away leaving them stunned, but they just brush it off like jerks.
