Love that you two are together! What's the cutest date you've ever been on?
Ooooh, I'd probably say our 39th proper date was my favourite! We had been together for 9 months and 9 days at that point.
That was the one where we went to that pottery class wasn't it!
Yeah! The date was split into multiple dates, the first being where we made the mugs. This was sooo fun! The second date was when we went back after they had dried to paint them. We went for a pink and purple swirled design.
We also used our thumb prints to make a heart on each of the mugs.
Then the third was where we collected our finished pieces.
Which we then took back home and watched a movie marathon while drinking homemade hot chocolate!
And we've had those mugs ever since!
For me, I think it would be the date just after our 3 year anniversary. I actually told Para to cancel our date plans because I had a problem at work so was gonna get home super late. After I had finished I was gonna head home but then Para appeared at the salon. She had walked all that way just so that I would have someone to go home with. There was something about that walk back that was so special to me. It was like all the pressures that I had been feeling instantly lifted. The stars were shining and the wind was chilling but in a refreshing way. When we got back, Para had actually made me my favourite meal and had attempted to bake me some muffins. Despite the fact she had forgotten like half the ingredients, those muffins were some of the best I had ever tasted. Not because they actually tasted good, but because they were filled with so much love. With every bite I felt like I could picture Para working in the kitchen, trying so hard just because she wanted me to feel better. Then we watched my favourite show late into the night. It might not be the most extrordinary date we went on, but for me, it was one that I will cherish forever.
