Hello i have a question if you don't mind! Are you able to understand the speech of artificial pokémon like Porygon? If so how does a Porygon Z sound like, considering them being transformed by corrupted Code.

I'm able to understand them. Porygon speaks in old computer tech, Porygon 2 speaks in modern or robotic words, and lastly Porygon Z speaks strangely...only in morse code and corrupted language.
