It wasnt a contract- It was just us agreeing if I could do a thing faster then him, he would owe me a favor, but if he did the thing faster, I would owe him a favor. Though I didnt really think a favor would be giving him my soul- Not sure how binding that was, and there wasnt anyone there when we made the bet. He's also completely ignoring me whenever I ask about the favor thing. Sorry to drag you into this- You're just the best phantom I know to bring this stuff to. -C

A soul requires certified consent of handing it over. Without that certification it’s an illegal steal and an illegal deal. They wont be able to take your soul without a certified signature of your consent. So no deal for them. Just ignore em back.
Now if you gave your soul over already and said yes they can have it, thats a whole new level of Soul law and that’ll require a court date.

And the mortal in question had made a bet with the being. And had lost the bet. And now owes the being something. Is there any way for said mortal to not be fucked over? There is indeed different types of soul and they can indeed be fractured.
It’s a lot to go over, but in a basic this is how folks like Antisepticeye were born, a fractured piece of a soul cast aside.
Hey Phantom, quick question; can clothing be cursed to make someone into more of a walking disaster than they already were? Anti's insisting either the disgusting vest I've affectionately named my disaster vest or myself is cursed and i have no knowledge of anything of the like so i figured I'd come ask you cause Anti said you know curses and shit.
