Hi everyone ! (mod owner speaking)

So, if you’re still confused about this blog’s status, don’t worry. I am too. The last answer from Twi wasn’t exactly an attempt to revive the blog back to full activity, no. But it’s not really dead either, I’ve recently watched some MLP episodes, and I’m loving it. So you never know what you might see if you keep following !

Aside from that, I wanted to let you guys know about a new pony blog I’m doing in collaboration with someone: Although I have to warn you first hand that it’s mostly NSFW (sexual content).

It’s a blog about the cute and cozy everyday life of our new pony OCs, Siurize and MyLove (yeah it’s his name), and a few other OCs made by us.

Here’s everything else you’ll want to know :

The blog focuses on love, cute ponies and cute things, sex, and also gaming. As mentioned, it is NSFW and for mature viewers only. Please don’t follow it if that’s not your cup of tea, which I absolutely respect, nor if you are under 18.

All images are still drawn by me, and this time, all fully colored by Siurize ! She does a great job and improves my sketches immensely. It’s gorgeous and a lot better to look at.

Updates will be more regular and frequent this time. I say this with more confidence because Siurize pushes me to draw a lot more often. And even if it’s ponies, I’ll probably be more motivated by this blog’s theme… No idea why, really.

It’s not exactly an ask blog but we will gladly answer a few questions if you have some ! Other than that it’s more of a webcomic structure.

Interaction with followers will be more interesting, easy and lively, since we will both reply to questions through any of the characters.

We haven’t planned on featuring Twilight or any canon characters from the show, but that could happen too.

so maybe you should just do an art blog? draw whatever the heck you want? i can't really speak for the rest of your fans, but i think they'd agree that seeing stuff you make is better than you just disappearing all the time. so what if it's not ponies? i'd LOVE to see more of your other work, if that's alright with you!

I’ve been thinking of doing this for some time ! It’s actually what any normal person would do and I think I’m an idiot for not just doing that instead of being a Schrödinger’s cat for 6 years of inconsistent online activity. I tried to make a blog like that once, I.. don’t remember what happened exactly... So anyway I’ll probably try to do that someday, instead of trying too hard to stick to a theme or a type of content. Thanks for comforting me into this idea.

I don’t know how to tumblr anymore, but I’ll try to reply to more people at once because I don’t like flooding dashboards. I’ll just do it like this:

Thanks so much, love to hear that. My studies are taking a good part of my life, ironically, and juggling between tasks is not my forte, and I’m also an extremely good procrastinator. But I’m trying to get back to commissions a bit these days (no pony sorry).

I’m really sorry to say no, probably not.. :( Really, really sorry.

I think I’ll take the opportunity to let out a word for once. I don’t know if anyone noticed but I’ve tried most of the time to talk as little as possible and express myself through comic strips as much as possible on this blog so that’s why I’m usually stupidly silent.

So just to make things clear and to make a little history post for those who still remember, the reasons this blog died many times and attempted to come back to life the same number of times (minus 1) are that my interest for MLP has faded away too much, and that I also realized my drawing skills suffered for drawing too much pony and nothing else for the time I held this blog alive. I’m also not involved in the brony community in any way anymore and the rare brony friends I used to have, either we lost contact or they’re not bronies anymore. This blog has always been my only interface with other MLP fans... These same reasons also made me stop most of my commissions work. I made about 25 commissions through deviantArt and only 2 were not pony stuff, and I consider those were failures.

Besides finally getting serious with my studies, the thing which killed me inside the most was when a small team of indie game devs commissioned me to make the character design and artwork for their first game. The characters were both humans, and I took the job because I was happy that this kind of thing was happening to me. But I realized that my ability to draw human characters had suffered immensely from drawing so much ponies for my blog then for commissions. Real life was getting stressful at the same time, and after making myself extremely stressed out and not giving them what they asked me for, they paid me for what I had made and my involvement was discontinued without more details. It’s just one episode of the huge series of artblocks and procrastinating I’ve been through.

Anyway, I’m sorry I'm not as into ponies as I used to. I can’t really roleplay as Twilight anymore or make her seem alive and respondent because I would need to force myself for the wrong reason. I don’t think I should be continuing this blog just because it was successful and I like success, I think it should be that I actually enjoy doing it. Believe me when I see these messages asking me when I’m coming back, I want to please them, I want to try ! And I tried, many times ! I really wanted to please everyone with original stuff involving the purple pony girl, I wasn’t really doing it for other reasons.

MLP was great when it was new for me, now it’s still great but, well, I’ve grown out of it, that’s life. I don’t hate MLP or hold any grudge against anyone, it was really fun and this blog is mostly a good memories container ! That’s why I tried to come back a dozen times, almost rebooting my Twilight Sparkle fanblog as many times as the Sonic games. Because I was trying out new stuff and making a lot of “part 1″s without even thinking of a part 2. Everything went along with my mood and interests of the moment and now it’s all a patchwork of things going from salty satire to a strange twisted dark ambiance “or-something” setting. I also tried to start a blog about an OC, even ! (spoilers: it didn’t make it past part 1 either)

Needless to say I felt bad, a lot, because this blog was just teasing and never delivering and I couldn’t do it. It’s been 4 years or something, this blog is so old you can see my english getting better along the posts ! And the more you dig in the more cringy and emo it gets, too, that’s pretty... cute ?

I’m very bad at synthetizing my ideas, sorry you had to read all of this. How about I just answer if you’ve got any other questions ? I don’t know what to talk about !
